These terms describe the use of RegHex, published by Mihail Duchev. The license and mandatory terms of the store from which you obtain the app also apply.
Using the app
You may use RegHex for personal puzzle play and create and share custom puzzles using its provided tools. You may not misrepresent the publisher, sell unauthorized copies of the app, or use the app to infringe another person's rights. The app and its bundled artwork/content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Third-party software retains its applicable license terms.
Your custom puzzles
You retain rights you hold in the puzzles you create. Share only material you are entitled to share. A share code gives its recipient access to that puzzle and can be copied or forwarded. RegHex does not run a public content-hosting or messaging service.
Local data and optional cloud sync
Keep copies of custom puzzle codes you want to preserve. Cloud sync depends on your device, network, storage and Apple or Google account; it may be delayed or unavailable. Read the privacy policy for storage, consent and deletion details. Apple and Google's service terms apply to their services.
Availability and updates
The app's supported operating systems, features and availability may change through updates. Daily challenges rotate through bundled content; a new puzzle every calendar day is not a promise of an unlimited supply of distinct puzzles. No paid subscription or Pro unlock is currently offered.
Purchases and consumer rights
Any future purchase will be offered with its price and terms before you choose to pay. Store purchase/refund terms and applicable consumer law govern those transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
